Bromley Court Hotel London

The hotel is a lovely building, the rooms are very clean and well-cleaned every day, and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in a hotel.

Our De-luxe room with a garden view was very tastefully decorated with a wonderful view of the beautiful garden which with its mature, surrounding trees produced a view of nothing but greenery. Not another building in sight made you believe you were in the heart of the countryside instead on the old south-east London border and now fully envelpped inside Greater London. The all included breakfast was excellent and we were grateful that the hot buffet was still available up until 10.00 a.m. "Clean" We could not fault this apart from one thing which is more 'maintenance' than 'cleaniing'. Just as you entered the room on the lower, left hand wall there were some marks which would be very quick and simple to remove or paint over. It is always these first impressions that can be so important and lasting no matter how small they may seem. A final "Thank You" to all the staff for their friendliness and efficient service and particularly to Julie, the long term receptionist, who delighted us with extra information she knew about the fascinating history of the hotel.

Staff were particularly helpful in accommodating my husband who has mobility issues. We were given an accessible room with a wet room which made our stay very much easier. On site restaurant was satisfactory. Disabled parking close to entrance.

My partner and I recently returned from yet another wonderful stay at Bromley Court Hotel. Having visited numerous times, it's safe to say this establishment has become a true local favourite for us. The staff are always so welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly inviting and relaxing. This time, we were fortunate enough to stay in Room 343, which has quickly become our new favourite. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the local area. A highlight of this particular stay was indulging in their afternoon tea for the first time. It was an absolute delight! The selection of sandwiches was fresh and flavourful, and the pastries and cakes were simply divine. The scones, served warm with clotted cream and jam, were the perfect finishing touch. The whole experience was enhanced by the attentive service and the elegant ambiance of the tea room. It was a truly special treat that we'll definitely be repeating on future visits. One of the things we appreciate most about Bromley Court Hotel is its consistency. Every visit delivers the same high level of service and comfort, making it a reliable choice for a relaxing getaway. We always feel so at home here, and it's the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a returning guest like us, I wholeheartedly recommend Bromley Court Hotel. It's a true gem in the heart of Bromley, offering a welcoming atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, exceptional service, and a delightful afternoon tea experience. Our room was superb. Breakfast was borderline between ok and good, but noting that the hotel was catering for a huge number of guests due to at least 3 separate functions . Evening meal was superb. My aunt's 80th birthday private function was superbly managed - huge thanks to Andreas and his team. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the gardens are amazing. Most importantly, without exception, all staff members went above and beyond their remit to make us welcome and to make us feel valued. We just loved the work ethos of this hotel - we would definitely stay here again and we'd certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Bromley.
